This software won't work on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I purchased a downloadable copy. It doesn't show any error while installing the software but after installation when I double click on the application file, it doesn't show anything. I emailed support about this issue. They tried to remotely control my PC and re-installed the software again but even they couldn't run the software. They sent me software CD via post but still having same issue.I tried to install the software on my Dad's laptop (Windows 8 Home Edition). After installation, It shows error "Please insert Original Disk in Drive". The disk was already in drive and it was the same disk they sent me. I have no idea why I am getting this error. Looks like they sent me a pirated disk?? They have wasted my time and money. I won't recommend anyone to buy this software.
