This software won't work on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I purchased a downloadable copy. It doesn't show any error while installing the software but after installation when I double click on the application file, it doesn't show anything. I emailed support about this issue. They tried to remotely control my PC and re-installed the software again but even they couldn't run the software. They sent me software CD via post but still having same issue.

I tried to install the software on my Dad's laptop (Windows 8 Home Edition). After installation, It shows error "Please insert Original Disk in Drive". The disk was already in drive and it was the same disk they sent me. I have no idea why I am getting this error. Looks like they sent me a pirated disk?? They have wasted my time and money. I won't recommend anyone to buy this software.
